Sharyn fought trumped up charges in the Tennessee courts for almost 20 months.

The 1st arrested in July 2010 and in  February 2012 a judge told Sharyn to simply pay a $50 fine.    

Bovat had endured 3 arrests; countless court appearances.  Also, the stress of finding legal representation in TN and the suffered the humiliation and stigma of being jailed MULTIPLE Times.
